Happy weekend my loves!

I hope you are all alright and you enjoy a great, relaxed weekend with your loved ones!

In this post I would like to show you my beloved carmen-top from Glamorous, a brand which you can find on Asos.com. I´ve already bought it this year in April, but I just love to wear it! It´s been one of my favorite pieces this whole summer! This year, these kind of tops were pretty much everywhere! They highlight everyone´s shoulders in such a nice way and they kind of give every outfit that certain something. In my pictures, I combined the top with my ripped jeans shorts from Mango, my fatima necklace from a little store in Wuerzburg, summerlike sandals in the hip zebra look, blue metalized sunglasses as well as with a little handbag. The location, where this pictures where shot, was just amazing :) Lots and lots of beautiful flowers in pink and yellow! And on top this absolutely stunning weather here in Florida! Thinking of cold, winterly Germany, just makes me want to stay here even longer! But I still have a few weeks left here in Florida... And before going back to Germany, there will be another gorgeous destination... But more of that I will tell you in my next posts! So stay tuned guys :)

Ein wunderschönes Wochenende meine Lieben!

Ich hoffe es geht euch allen gut und ihr habt ein schönes, ruhiges und entspanntes Wochenenede mit euren Liebsten!

In meinem heutigen Post möchte ich euch mein geliebstes Carmen-Top von Glamorous, einer Marke, welche ihr auf Asos.de findet, vorstellen. Ich habe es bereits im April diesen Jahres gekauft, aber ich liebe es einfach! Es war einfach eines meiner Lieblingsteile diesen Jahres! Diesen Sommer waren ja die Carmen-Tops wieder groß im Kommen, zu Recht wie ich finde. Diese Tops betonen einfach toll die Schultern und geben jedem Outfit das gewisse Etwas. Auf meinen Bildern habe ich mein Top mit einer Ripped-Jeansshorts von Mango, einer Kette aus einem kleinen Laden in Würzburg, sommerlichen Sandaletten im angesagten Zebralook, einer blau-verspiegelten Sonnenbrille sowie einer kleinen Handtasche kombiniert. Die Location, wo die Bilder entstanden sind, war einfach wunderschön :) Lauter schöne Blumen in rosa und geld! Dazu das traumhafte Wetter hier in Florida! Da will man am liebsten gar nicht mehr zurück ins kalte Deutschland... Aber ich bin ja noch ein paar Wochen hier und bevor es zurück nach Deutschland geht, geht es noch für ein paar Tage zu einem ganz besonderen Ort... Mehr davon erzähle ich euch aber in den nächsten Posts! Seid gespannt!

Grey dress

Good morning loves, 

many greetings again from beautiful, sonny and warm Florida! I am so happy to escape the winterly weather in Germany for another few months! While my family and friends at home already have to cope with some snow, I am allowed to enjoy the sun and warm temperatures here in Florida. I feel so blessed for that! :) 

This weekend, a short trip to Key West is on the schedule, which I am looking so forward to! I can´t wait to go to Key West, because I´ve already heard so many nice things about it. People told me that it´s a bit like a little Cuba and that it shows a totally different side of Florida. So I´ll have a look and see! 

In my post today, I would like to show you a dress from the american brand "Papaya". I bought it in the Outlet here for just $18 and I am already so in love with it! At the moment, maxi dresses with high necks are really in and therefore, I immediately fall in love with this dress. 

You can find the dress for sale in their onlineshop here. It´s super comfy and a perfect dress for everyday life. 

In my pictures, I combined the dress with my beloved thongs from Birkenstock, a tote bag from Mango, my new sunglasses from Aldo plus a necklace from a store in Munich called "Schmuckrausch". You can find all the outfit links, as always, below my pictures. 

Here in Florida, you can find a lot of beautiful places to shoot outfit pictures. Sometimes it is really a hard decision where to shoot. 

Now I have to start studying again, as I have some exams this week in university!

Guten Morgen meine Lieben, 

ich melde mich mal wieder aus dem schönen, sonnigen und warmen Florida! Ich bin echt so froh, dem winterlichem Wetter in Deutschland noch für ein paar Monate entgehen zu können! Während meine Familie und Freunde zu Hause schon teilweise mit Schnee zu kämpfen haben, darf ich hier noch die Sonne und warmen Temperaturen genießen.. Ich bin so dankbar dafür! :) 

Für dieses Wochenende ist ein Kurztrip nach Key West geplant, auf den ich mich schon total freue! Ich kann es kaum erwarten, denn es soll wirklich sehr schön dort sein. Ein bisschen wie in Kuba, auf jeden Fall soll Key West eine ganz andere Seite von Florida zeigen. Ich lass mich mal überraschen!

In meinem heutigen Post möchte ich euch ein Kleid von der amerikanischen Marke Papaya vorstellen. Ich habe es hier im nahe gelegenen Outlet für nur $18 erstanden und ich liebe es! Zur Zeit sind lange Kleider mit hohem Nacken ja total in und daher hab ich mich sofort in dieses Kleid verliebt. Im Onlineshop von "Papaya" könnt ihr das Kleid sogar momentan im Sale erstehen. Es ist auch total bequem und daher super für den Alltag geeignet.

In meinen Bildern habe ich es mit meinen geliebten Birkenstock Zehensandalen kombiniert, einer Tote Bag von Mango, meiner neuen Sonnenbrille von Aldo sowie einer Kette aus dem Münchner Schmuckladen "Schmuckrausch". Alle Outfitverlinkungen findet ihr wie immer unter meinen Bildern. 

Hier in Florida gibt es wirklich wunderschöne Plätze zum Outfits shooten, da kann man sich manchmal gar nicht entscheiden, wo man denn shooten soll. ;) 

Jetzt muss ich leider wieder loslernen, diese Woche stehen wieder Examen in der Uni an.

Hello loves!

Finally I can reveal a new blog post!!! The last weeks, I was always sooooo busy here with tons of university stuff, so unfortunately I did not have enough time to work on my blog.

But now I can start all over again :)

Today I want to share with you a post about Brakini Official.

During this year, I always saw all these pictures of Triangle Bikinis everywhere, but I did not want to spend such a lot of money for a bikini.

Searching a bit through the Internet and Instagram, I found a website called Brakini Official. It´s a cheaper alternative to the Triangl Bikinis which I would like to introduce to you today.

ONLINE STORE:

Brakini Official is an online store and has a lot of the bikinis that Triangl also offers.

My favourite bikinis from the website are: the Bambi- Candy Sunset (here), the Bambi - Bubble Mint (here), the Poppy - Beach Soda (here) and the Ollie - Billie Firefly (here).

In the end, I decided to buy the Bambi - Bubble Mint as you can see in my pictures.

SIZING:

I ordered the same size I would normally order for a bikini and it fit me perfectly. But if you are not sure about your size, you should remember that the material of the bikini is neoprene, so it is not very flexible.

Brakini also offers the opportunity to use their online chat, where they help you to find the right size.

PRICE:

When I ordered my Brakini-Bikini, they had special offers and my bikini was just around 49$, including shipment cost. At the moment, the prices are around 59$ which is also pretty good.

SHIPPING:

I had to wait about 19 days for my bikini. That is a pretty long time, but it was totally worth it! :)

PAYMENTS:

You can select between different types of payment: Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express) or PayPal.

So if you are thinking about buying a Triangle Bikini and the prices are a bit too expensive for you or you don´t want to spend that much money for a bikini, I would definitely recommend Brakini.com (here). I couldn´t see any differences to the "original" Triangl Bikinis.

The pictures in this post were shot by my boyfriend Patrick. He did a pretty good job for his first time, didn´t he?

I am so in love with my new bikini! In this post, I combined it with a white nail polish from Essie (I love their nail polishes by the way!!!) and my new sunglasses from Aldo.

Hallo meine Lieben!

Endlich kann ich euch einen neuen Blogpost zeigen! In den letzten Wochen war ich einfach mit Unmengen an Unisachen beschäftigt, sodass ich einfach keine Zeit gefunden habe, um an meinem Blog zu arbeiten!

Aber jetzt kann ich endlich wieder durchstarten :) 

Heute möchte ich euch ein bisschen über die Website Brakini Offical erzählen. 

Während diesen Jahres habe ich die ganze Zeit immer wieder diese tollen Bilder von den Triangle Bikinis auf Instagram & Co gesehen, aber ich wollte einfach nicht so viel Geld für einen Bikini ausgeben. 

Deswegen habe ich mich ein bisschen im Internet schlau gemacht und tadaaa: ich habe die Website Brakinis Offical gefunden. Es ist eine günstigere Alternative zu den Triangl Bikinis, welche ich euch heute etwas genauer vorstellen möchte. 

ONLINE SHOP: 

Brakini Official ist ein Online Shop, welcher jede Menge "Lookalikes" von den Triangl Bikinis verkauft.

Meine Favoriten sind: the Bambi- Candy Sunset (here), the Bambi - Bubble Mint (here), the Poppy - Beach Soda (here) and the Ollie - Billie Firefly (here).

Am Ende habe ich mich dazu entschlossen, den Bambi - Bubble Mint zu bestellen, wie ihr auf meinen Bildern sehen könnt.

SIZING:

Ich habe einfach genau dieselbe Größe bestellt, die ich auch für einen normalen Bikini bestellen würde und der Bikini hat einfach perfekt gepasst überraschenderweise.

Aber wenn ihr euch mit der Größe nicht ganz sicher seid, denkt dran, dass das Material aus Neopren ist und damit nicht sehr flexibel. 

Brakini bietet hierfür auch die Möglichkeit eines Online-Chats, wo ihr euch bzgl. eurer Größe beraten und helfen lassen könnt. 

PREIS:

Als ich meinen Bikini Anfang September bestellt habe, gab es gerade ein paar Spezialangebote und ich habe ca. 49$ gezahlt, inklusive Versandkosten. Im Moment, sind die Preise um die 59$, was auch noch sehr gut ist.

VERSAND: 

Ich musste leider 19 Tage lang auf meinen Bikini warten, aber sonst hat alles super geklappt und das Warten hat sich auch auf jeden Fall gelohnt :)

BEZAHLUNG:

Man kann auf der Website verschiedene Zahlungsarten auswählen: Kreditkarte (MasterCard, Visa oder American Express) oder per PayPal.

Also wenn ihr darüber nachdenkt euch einen Triangl Bikini zuzulegen und ihr die Preise aber als zu noch anseht oder ihr einfach nicht soviel Geld für einen Bikini ausgeben wollt, dann würde ich euch definitiv die Alternative Brakini.com (here) empfehlen. Ich konnte keine Unterschiede erkennen und würde jederzeit wieder dort bestellen!

Die Bilder in meinem heutigen Post wurden übrigens von meinem Freund Patrick geschossen. Er hat sich fürs erste Mal ziemlich gut geschlagen oder?

Ich bin echt so happy mit meinem neuen Bikini! In meinem Post habe ich ihn mit weißem Nagellack von Essie (ich liebe übrigens deren Nagellacke!!!) und meiner neuen Sonnenbrille von Aldo kombiniert.

Labor-Day-Weekend

Happy Labor Day everyone!

Yesterday I went to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen in my entire life! An one hour car drive from Fort Myers away, there is a small, nice island, called Marco Island. 

It is located in the south of Fort Myers, close to Naples. 

To enter the island you have to pass a bridge which connects the onshore with the island.

The water at Marco Island Beach was really clear. The sand there is so white that you really should were sunglasses the whole time!

I hope it will come across the pictures how amazing it was there!

In the water, you could find a lot of sea animals: fish, crabs, squids, sand dollars,... I even found a little starfish as you can see in my pictures below!

That day I wore a light, airy dress from Abercrombie&Fitch which I bought the day before in the Miromar Outlet in Fort Myers. (By the way: if you ever go to Fort Myers, you should definitely go shopping in this outlet, they have so nice offers!!!) 

I am so happy with this dress, because everytime I go to the beach, I can just quickly throw it over my bikini. So I don´t have to change at the beach!

I am also really in love with the back of the dress!

Tomorrow, one of my best friends from Germany will come and visit me!!

We have already made some very exciting plans for the next weekend!

Happy Labor Day euch allen!

Gestern war ich bei einem der schönsten Strände, die ich jemals gesehen habe! Eine Autostunde von Fort Myers entfernt, gibt es eine kleine, schöne Insel, namens Marco Island.

Die Insel liegt im Süden von Fort Myers, ganz in der Nähe der Stadt Naples.

Um auf die Insel zu kommen, muss man über eine Autobahnbrücke fahren, die die Insel mit dem Festland verbindet.

Das Wasser am Marco Island Beach war total klar. Und der Sand war so weiß, dass man echt immer eine Sonnenbrille tragen musste, um nicht total geblendet zu werden!

Ich hoffe, dass man auf den Bildern sehen kann, wie schön es da war!

Im Wasser konnte man vieles Meerestiere entdecken: Fische, Krabben, kleine Tintenfische, Sand Dollar, ... Ich habe sogar einen kleinen lebenden Seestern gefunden, wie ihr auf den Bildern sehen könnt!

An diesem Tag habe ich mein neues Kleid von Ambercrombie&Fitch getragen, welches ich am Tag zuvor im Miromar Outlet in Fort Myers gekauft habe. (Falls ihr mal in Fort Myers seid, solltet ihr unbedingt das Outlet besuchen; es gibt dort einfach unschlagbare Angebote!)

Ich bin so glücklich, das Kleid gekauft zu haben, denn es ist perfekt für den Strand, da man es einfach schnell drüberwerfen kann! Dann erspart man sich das Umziehen am Strand und kann einfach seinen Bikini gleich darunter anziehen!

Vor allem den Rückenausschnitt am Kleid finde ich super!

Morgen kommt eine meiner besten Freundinnen hierher nach Fort Myers, um mich zu besuchen!

Für das nächste Wochenende haben wir bereits einige sehr aufregende Pläne geschmiedet!

Kann es kaum erwarten, euch mehr darüber zu erzählen!

Happy Friday everyone from sunny Florida!

Wow I cannot believe it´s already been over three weeks that I have been to Florida! 

Time flies by so quickly!

Today I want to talk a bit about my new home until the end of the year. 

Fort Myers is the name of the city in which I now live. 

It is located in the southwest of Florida directly by the gulf of Mexico. 

As far as I have seen until now Fort Myers has really beautiful beaches with wind sand and turquoise water. 

I just love it!

Last sunday I went to Bonita Springs Beach which is in the south of Fort Myers close to the next city Naples (which by the way is one of the richest cities in the United States). It was a sunny and hot day and I stayed the whole day at the beach just enjoying the sun and the sea. 

I saw a delphin, a tortoise (don´t call it turtle like I did! A turtle is the animal in the sea!!!), and also some pelicans. This was amazing, because in Germany, I am used to see these animals just in the zoo.

For this weekend, I am planning to go to another beach. A friend told me that it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida!

I will take lots of photos! So stay tuned!

Einen wunderschönen Freitag meine Lieben aus dem sonnigen Florida!

Wow, ich kann nicht glauben, dass ich schon seit über drei Wochen in Florida bin! 

Die Zeit vergeht so schnell!

Heute möchte ich euch ein bisschen was über meine neue Heimat bis zum Ende des Jahres erzählen!

Fort Myers ist der Name der Stadt in welcher ich jetzt lebe!

Sie liegt im Südwesten von Florida, direkt am Golf von Mexico.

Alles was ich bis jetzt so gesehen habe zeigt, dass Fort Myers einfach wunderschöne Strände mit weißem Sand und türkisem Wasser hat!

Das ist einfach der Wahnsinn!

Letzten Sonntag habe ich am Bonita Springs Beach verbracht, der sich ganz im Süden von Fort Myers befindet, ganz in der Nähe von Naples (Naples is übrigens eine der reichsten Städte der USA). Es war ein sehr heißer und sonniger Tag und ich war den ganzen Tag am Strand und habe einfach nur in der Sonne gelegen und das Meer genossen.

Ich habe am Strand sogar einen Delphin, eine Landschildkröte (bloß nicht zu verwechseln mit einer Wasserschildkröte! Turtle im Englischen heißt nicht Landschildkröte, haha!) und auch ein paar Pelikane gesehen! Es ist so toll, dass man hier die ganzen Tiere in freier Wildbahn sehen kann, die man zu Hause nur aus dem Zoo kennt!

Dieses Wochenende werde ich zu einem anderen Strand fahren. Eine Freundin hat mir erzählt, dass es wohl einer der schönesten Strände in ganz Florida sein soll!

Ich werde natürlich jede Menge toller Fotos schießen! Also seid gespannt auf meine nächsten Posts!

Außerdem wird es bald wieder einen neuen Outfitpost von mir geben!
